Long Island Connection

Can you guess; there’re only about 4 or 5 independent coffee shops on all of Long Island, New York? That is hard to believe since the Island is 118 miles long. At least the one’s I ran into at the Hampton’s was a little left for your imagination. Java Nation was nice to come across in Sag Harbor. Bake Shop in Montauk also has a crowd with great bakeries goods, East and West Hampton need more, the Hamtpon Coffee co. in Water Mill is the local roaster.
