GETTYSBURG COFFEE & HISTORY

Greetings: Here is a copy of my 2006 visit of your coffee house. It was a pleasant surprise to find a coffee shop in a house, which functions like someone's home. Here is where you can get Great Coffee, food, conversation and a real education in history, politics, religion, and a myriad of other subjects (some by experts and some by pseudo experts) all in good sport. Here’s to your next cup of Java.

Long Island Connection

Can you guess; there’re only about 4 or 5 independent coffee shops on all of Long Island, New York? That is hard to believe since the Island is 118 miles long. At least the one’s I ran into at the Hampton’s was a little left for your imagination. Java Nation was nice to come across in Sag Harbor. Bake Shop in Montauk also has a crowd with great bakeries goods, East and West Hampton need more, the Hamtpon Coffee co. in Water Mill is the local roaster. Sant Ambroeus I have already wrote about save’s one a trip to Milan.

***** Must Visit Now *****

Here I am in South Philly doing my exploration...
Cheese Steaks at Pat's and Geno's

Well to my surprize I find the coffee shop you can only dream of,
particularly when you are from the West of the East Coast area.
Not in a hundred years could La or Seattle and all points between
could even come a close second not even a close 1,000 to the kind
of place Rim offers.

Opened now
at the South End of the Famous Philadelphia ITALIAN MARKET
You will find us the corner of S. 9th and Federal Streets!

Makes a Guy want to drink coffee all day!
