Making the rounds close to Baghdad-By-The-Bay ****(PALO ALTO)

Here is what Mr. Schultz of Starbuck fame was trying to achieve; a little bit of Italy in America. At least he addressed the issue; now someone else has delivered the real goods. This is the company named Caffe del Doge in Palo Alto, the only location in the USA at this time. This unique specialty coffee company has imported every thing one would hope to find in Italy, that is because their parent company roots are in Venice, Italy. Need we say more?
Yes! You can Save $2,000 or more on the approximate cost of what you would need to spend, just traveling to Italy to have some great coffee. When the same wonderful coffee, espresso, and many other delights of Venice Italy are available right here in Palo Alto, Ca. close to Baghdad by the Bay.

Get Coffee or Else! Hays Kansas

When you see how many people were shot in Hays, Kansas you better not argue with the locals. But at least the shots they pull at this place are a lot better to swallow then the one that came from the desperados that use to hang out in Hays. Yes this was one of the Wild West Hang outs. It is in fact the place that made Wild Bill Hickok a legend.
Now the people are very friendly, and this place has great coffee and the best scones I have ever had period. Must see the building and history in this area, sit down for a cuppa and get one to go also, and walk around the train tracks and see the old history.
PS Great place to stay during snow storms.

***Lion Coffee *** Long Before... STARBUCKS wake up and smell the coffee

The Coffee Maestro has a confession to make. Long before Starbucks, and the Hugh influx of coffee shops throughout the good old USA. My best source of good coffee was always a good cup of Kona coffee while sitting on the shores of Waikiki Hi in front of the "Pink Palace of the Pacific," The Royal Hawaiian. Great spot for Brunch.
Yes it was not easy doing recon around the world, but as they say wake up and smell the coffee.

Lion Coffee may be the oldest roaster in the USA

Oldest Coffee Roaster in USA Wheeling WV

Wheeling Coffee & Spice Company
The original 1881 roaster are still used in Wheeling WV to produce coffee for the in house customers and also for their wholesale delivery. Boy what a treat for coffee aficionados’ to stop in and see perhaps the oldest Roaster in operation in the USA.
Let me check back, because Lions Coffee in Hawaii is over 100 years old.

GETTYSBURG COFFEE & HISTORY

Greetings: Here is a copy of my 2006 visit of your coffee house. It was a pleasant surprise to find a coffee shop in a house, which functions like someone's home. Here is where you can get Great Coffee, food, conversation and a real education in history, politics, religion, and a myriad of other subjects (some by experts and some by pseudo experts) all in good sport. Here’s to your next cup of Java.

Long Island Connection

Can you guess; there’re only about 4 or 5 independent coffee shops on all of Long Island, New York? That is hard to believe since the Island is 118 miles long. At least the one’s I ran into at the Hampton’s was a little left for your imagination. Java Nation was nice to come across in Sag Harbor. Bake Shop in Montauk also has a crowd with great bakeries goods, East and West Hampton need more, the Hamtpon Coffee co. in Water Mill is the local roaster. Sant Ambroeus I have already wrote about save’s one a trip to Milan.

BIG THUMBS UP

Finally, I found the quintessential New York Pizza!
What a long search, after traveling to over100 countries and 49 states, here it was in Long Island, New York. I told my family to pack up from Seattle and move here now. Who cares about the job, the house, the career, if you don’t have a good pizza you can enjoy.

Located at 99 Liberty Street in Newburgh, New York

Its fun to gallivant around the country, try new and exciting places such as The CIA headquarters in Hyde Park NY.
But when it comes to the serious side of culinary arts, taste, and cultural you could not find a better place then this little neighborhood eatery, located across from America’s first historically site. It seems a little bit apropos in the fact, that this is where it all got started for America Independent Spirit of freedom, and the pursuit of happiness. This place fills the bill on both sides.
I guarantee you will be delighted. Ira

Chelation therapy

Remove Toxics
After spending many $$$$ on Chelation therapy in which I received some benefit. It is an intravenous solution of EDTA that enters the bloodstream, it is believed to attach itself to metal molecules. It then takes about 48 hours for the body to excrete these substances through the urine. Remove Toxics

Chelation therapy

usually takes two to three hours per session
The total cost could run as high as $4,000. (Treatment for metal poisoning usually involves 20 to 50 sessions.)
What Is It?
Intravenous chelation (pronounced key-LAY-shun) therapy has been a respected and widely used medical treatment for heavy-metal poisoning--especially lead poisoning--for more than 50 years. However, some physicians also promote the therapy as an alternative treatment for arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), including coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease (blockage or narrowing of blood vessels in the legs), and the mental deterioration caused by small strokes.
It is an intravenous solution of EDTA that enters the bloodstream, it is believed to attach itself to metal molecules. It then takes about 48 hours for the body to excrete these substances through the urine.

Now for under $50 dollars I can do the same thing.

Remove Toxics

Here a way to get toxics out of your body

chocoholics.

This spot I recommend to my friend Tami at http://cheftami.blogspot.com

Pix Patisserie 3402 SE Division, 232-4407
Pix is basically Toys 'R' Us for chocoholics. Its list of luxurious desserts is staggering. Whether you opt for the Ambrosia (rosemary ganache and reduced port cake), the Troubadour (ganache, marzipan, crystallized ginger cake) or the sinful chocolate-covered, Kirsch-infused drunken cherries, you'll be glad you found this place. Tuesday is free movie night from 6-8 pm, so grab a hot chocolate and munch on a few espresso macaroons while you and your date watch Pete's Dragon.
