Wunderbar is the operative word as a singular expression for Bird Rock Coffee. This place has grow from a small store front to a full scale in house coffee roasting, cupping kind of place. Street friendly front area patio and indoors open air seating! What caught my eye this time was the recent Barista contest, in which (Bird Rocks home grown turf) Cassidy Trapp got the Win, Place, Show award! Now you got 3 good reasons to take a shot- coffee shot that is. On this particular day they introduce a Panama: Hartmann Honeyed coffee. It is worth it to drive 300 miles or further to partake of these delectable delights!
